We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect with proven experience in delivering large-scale technology transformation projects, particularly specializing in Solution Design and Architecture for at least one ServiceNow module (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CSM, or GRC). You should have a strong background in configuration, customization, development, and administration on the ServiceNow platform. Experience in implementing new functionalities using Variable sets, Forms design, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Access Control Lists, Workflow Activities, Flows, and Transform Maps is essential. Familiarity with both waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies is required. Certifications such as TOGAF and Certified Implementation Specialist in ServiceNow products are preferred. We value good work experience as a ServiceNow Architect within the UK and Europe.
Responsibilities
As a ServiceNow Architect, my primary duties include designing and building ServiceNow solutions that meet our clients' business needs. I will lead the platform design, focusing on integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise solutions like JIRA and Workday, utilizing technologies such as SSO, SAML, SSL, and REST. I will support the development and configuration of ServiceNow in various areas, including Service Portal, Change Management, Incident Management, and more. Understanding the business context, I will translate functional and technical requirements into sustainable ServiceNow solutions. I will present different solution options to the Architecture Review Board (ARB)/Technical Design Authority (TDA) and ensure we achieve alignment on those solutions. Additionally, I will define an overall Data Architecture for ingesting data into the ServiceNow platform, manage cross-functional teams to deliver epics and features on time, and communicate key messages to clients and stakeholders while mentoring junior team members in the ServiceNow practice.
