- I have strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and SQL Server.
- I possess good hands-on experience with Linux (Red Hat, Satellite).
- I have solid knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar).
- I understand and administer various security/SaaS solutions, including Tenable, CyberArk, Imperva/Akamai WAF, Okta, CrowdStrike, Proofpoint, SafeBreach, Zscaler, and Splunk.
- I am knowledgeable about Fortinet security technologies (Firewalls, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer).
- I possess a strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls).
- I have hands-on experience with infrastructure monitoring platforms, particularly WhatsUp Gold.
- I possess scripting and automation skills in PowerShell, Bash, and Python.
- I have a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in hybrid environments.

Responsibilities
- I will provide 3rd line support across Windows, Linux, cloud, and security services.
- I will manage and optimize Windows Server, Active Directory, and SQL Server as core enterprise platforms.
- I will administer and maintain Linux environments (Red Hat, Satellite) alongside Windows services.
- I will support and enhance cloud services (AWS, Azure, or similar) across compute, networking, storage, IAM, and automation.
- I will implement and manage security/SaaS platforms, ensuring their effectiveness.
- I will deliver infrastructure projects including upgrades, migrations, and new deployments.
- I will proactively monitor systems, identify vulnerabilities, and implement preventative measures.
- I will support business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives.
- I will provide input into solution designs, change control processes, and operational standards.
- I will collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver operational improvements.
