Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, my role is to review the data available from our ERP system, department monitoring, and other data streams to identify trends, areas for improvement, and assess business performance. My responsibilities include: - Generating monthly reports showing statistical data for the senior leadership team on manufacturing and sales performance. - Identifying, collecting, and migrating data from a range of sources. - Reviewing data and identifying trends to provide business insights. - Manipulating, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets related to departments and the business as a whole. - Monitoring and auditing data quality. - Developing and supporting reporting processes. - Supporting internal departments in understanding the purpose and effectiveness of reviewing and acting on data trends. - Working with department managers to introduce new data streams for monitoring to ensure efficient business performance. - Reviewing existing data streams and highlighting areas of concern or opportunities for improvement. - Developing best practices in the delivery of data. - Performing additional duties as assigned by the Operations Manager/Directors.
