Requirements
Must:
- A genuine interest in technology and a desire to build a career in IT.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve a wide range of hardware, software, and network issues.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Eager to learn and willing to work primarily across our Slough and Langley campus.
Responsibilities
- Provide vital first and second-line technical support to staff and students.
- Be the first point of contact for IT queries, maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues with a logical approach.
- Escalate complex problems as necessary to ensure the reliability and efficiency of the IT infrastructure.
