Requirements
Must:
- Passion for emerging technologies such as N8N, Make, VAPI, Claude Code, and OpenClaw
- Strong understanding of AI and automation principles
- Relevant qualifications in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
- Experience working on innovative projects, particularly in education or technology
- Ability to work collaboratively across various teams and departments
- Willingness to travel to different college campuses as required
- Capability of hybrid working for experienced candidates
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI and automation solutions to enhance educational processes
- Collaborate with various departments to understand business needs and tailor AI solutions accordingly
- Spearhead innovation projects that leverage breakthrough technologies
- Support the establishment of pioneering services such as our WhatsApp and SMS student support
- Represent Windsor Forest Colleges Group at major AI summits and events
- Drive forward innovation and support change management across the sector
