Requirements

Responsibilities
- Lead work on infrastructure funding and developer contributions
- Collaborate with staff across the organization to support high-quality growth delivery
- Serve as the councils lead officer on developer contributions
- Work with elected members to shape policy and procedure
- Identify opportunities to maximize income
- Lead the team in S106 negotiations
- Develop and maintain positive relations with politicians, developers, partners, and local communities
