Requirements
Must:
- At least 4 years of proven experience in an IT Support role
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Intune, ticketing systems, and RMM tools
- Solid understanding of core networking principles, including DHCP, DNS, and general connectivity troubleshooting
- Excellent phone manner, capable of explaining technical concepts without jargon
- A clean driving license and access to your own vehicle for travel to client sites
- Proactive and accountable attitude with a focus on ownership and collaboration
- Interest in modern IT trends and automation applications in an MSP environment
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of technical issues via our ticketing system, from logging to resolution
- Utilize Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools to proactively support and maintain client endpoints
- Provide exceptional telephone support
- Manage and support Microsoft 365 environments, Intune, and other cloud-based systems
- Act as an ambassador for our company, ensuring every client feels valued and supported
- Visit client sites for hands-on support or hardware deployment
- Assist in rolling out practical AI tools and testing automations to enhance efficiency
