IT Support

- I will expect you to provide first-line support for hardware, software, network, and account issues. - You will be responsible for setting up and configuring workstations, devices, and accounts for new starters and assisting with offboarding processes, including account deactivation and device collection. - Coordination with IT Managed Service Providers to support activities will be part of your role. - In managing devices, you will use Microsoft Intune for deployment, configuration, and compliance monitoring, including user/group management and security policies in Microsoft Entra (Azure AD). - You will support the implementation and monitoring of security controls and policies and assist with patching and vulnerability management. - Your responsibilities will extend to configuring and maintaining VoIP phones, managing the Wi-Fi network, and maintaining the company phone directory. - Administration of physical access control systems as well as basic administrative tasks within the facilities department will be required. - You will maintain accurate records of devices, incidents, and security activities and update IT documentation.
