Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Technical Consultant
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and cloud architecture
- IT infrastructure knowledge (servers, networking, virtualisation)
- Cloud security and data protection experience
- Experience designing end-to-end IT solutions
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to work in an agile manner
- Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Experience in managed services or consultancy environments
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert)
- Experience with ITIL or service management frameworks (desirable)
- Knowledge of compliance and security standards (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Lead solution design for client projects in cloud, infrastructure, and security
- Design and architect solutions utilizing Microsoft Azure / Microsoft 365
- Create hybrid infrastructure and networking solutions
- Develop backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans
- Implement cyber security frameworks in proposed solutions
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Produce high-quality solution designs, Statements of Work (SoW), and technical proposals
- Collaborate with Sales & Account Management, Service Delivery & Technical Teams, and Marketing
- Contribute to service development and packaging
- Support Sales by leading technical workshops and presenting solutions to stakeholders
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation
- Participate in out-of-hours (OOH) support rota for critical customer incidents
