Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience in a technical support, IT support, or software support role
- Strong understanding of software applications and basic IT systems
- Ability to troubleshoot technical and product-related issues methodically
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Customer-focused approach with a proactive attitude
- Experience supporting bespoke or SaaS-based products (desirable)
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and support workflows (desirable)
- Basic understanding of networking, operating systems, or databases (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and software support for internal systems and supported products
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application issues in a timely manner
- Respond to support requests via ticketing systems, email, and phone
- Assist users with system functionality, configuration, and usage
- Escalate complex technical issues to relevant teams where required
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and procedures
- Support product updates, system changes, and basic installations
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure minimal disruption to operations
