Requirements

Must:
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role - Strong SQL skills (essential), plus experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, Informatica, or Python - Commercial awareness and the ability to deliver insights that influence senior stakeholders - Understanding of finance systems (e.g., Card 1, ICFS, AR, or payment platforms) is a real bonus - A methodical, proactive mindset and the ability to work independently - Degree educated or qualified by experience

Responsibilities

In this role, I will blend deep analytical thinking with strong commercial acumen. From forecasting and modeling to business partnering and variance analysis, I will help power decision-making at every level. My key responsibilities include: - Analyzing complex financial data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities - Developing and refining budgeting and forecasting models - Creating powerful financial models to support strategic initiatives and capital investments - Delivering accurate, actionable reporting (P&L, balance sheets, dashboards, etc.) - Leading monthly and quarterly variance analysis - Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Ops, and SLT to monitor and optimize performance - Providing insights that improve revenue generation, cost control, and profitability - Supporting the management of new revenue-generating workstreams - Driving ad-hoc financial studies and special projects - Contributing to cross-functional transformation programs using Lean Six Sigma or Agile
