Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience within Microsoft 365, including Exchange online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Azure Active Directory
- Extensive experience administering, configuring, and designing a Microsoft 365 enterprise environment
- Good understanding of Microsoft 365 roadmaps with evaluation skills for business productivity solutions
- Experience of deploying Microsoft 365 solutions
- Experience with PowerShell, including development of scripting across Microsoft 365 services
- Experience in undertaking appropriate impact assessments of Microsoft 365 updates
- Experience with integrations and migration paths from on-prem solutions to Microsoft 365
- Ability to analyse complex technical issues and propose solutions
- Experience in automation of processes
- Strong knowledge of supporting the Microsoft 365 technology stack
- Proficient in SharePoint online knowledge and skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service ethos
- Excellent technical and governance documentation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as a team player
- Skilled in prioritizing and sequencing the Microsoft 365 technology roadmap, delivering proof of concepts
- Evidence of outstanding working relationship with end users
- Knowledge of PaaS, SaaS, and IaaS technologies
- Understanding of scripting technologies (e.g., PowerShell, VB, .Net) for Azure Active Directory
- Understanding of ITIL practices, current GDPR, and information security principles
- Qualified to degree level in an IT related discipline
- Holder of an IT technical qualification (e.g., M365, MCSD, MCSE, MCDA, CCNA, CISP, VCP) that demonstrates knowledge of essential skills

Responsibilities
- Set best practices and policies within SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 across Digital and Data
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures and technical system documentation
- Instill a culture of automation across all Cloud and On-Premises workloads
- Recommend improvements to existing processes and products
- Work with new and emerging cloud technologies to provide a modern, scalable architecture
- Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and opportunities for SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services
- Collaborate with Cyber Security and the Data Protection Officer to meet required standards
- Manage the delivery of the Microsoft 365 technology stack
- Oversee administration, configuration, and development of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services
- Develop, design, and build SharePoint Online and M365 technology stack according to Digital and Data Strategy
- Ensure backup and performance of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions
- Generate dashboards to monitor environments, ensuring accessibility and data recoverability
- Communicate closely with the D&D department and the wider business to capture relevant data
- Define and maintain policies, standards, and documentation for SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365
