Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide 1st line software support to customer and internal engineers
- Log work tickets on the customer support ticketing system
- Triaging and prioritizing support tickets
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues, including login problems, software errors, and connectivity issues
- Log, track, and manage incidents in the service software ticketing system with accurate details
- Escalate complex issues to 2nd or 3rd line support teams when necessary
- Install and configure software updates and patches
- Support in-house applications and bespoke weighing applications
- Maintain high-level communication with users regarding issue resolution
- Assist with customer account management tasks, such as password resets and access permissions
