Requirements
Must:

Responsibilities
- Administer the Salesforce-based client platform, In-Form, ensuring data accuracy and security
- Collaborate with frontline teams and senior leaders to maintain high-quality client and service data
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and contractual obligations through effective data governance
- Support reliable reporting and performance monitoring to enhance service delivery
- Assist in demonstrating organizational impact to funders and commissioners
- Provide user support and training to staff on data systems
- Continuously monitor and improve outcomes for individuals experiencing homelessness
