Must:
I am looking for someone with previous experience in an IT Support or Systems role. You should possess strong technical skills across hardware and software, as well as network systems. Excellent problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to work confidently and independently. Professionalism, strong communication, and teamwork skills are also required. If you have motor trade experience, particularly in IT support within a car dealer network, it would be highly beneficial.
Responsibilities
In this role, I expect you to provide day-to-day technical support and resolve issues efficiently. You will assist with system maintenance, troubleshooting, and software updates, as well as support hardware installations, updates, and configurations across multiple sites. Monitoring and resolving helpdesk tickets is part of your daily tasks, along with liaising with third-party IT support. You will also support our business in the implementation and integration of AI technologies, and may need to provide remote cover on weekends when required.

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team at a group of car dealerships specializing in a high volume of used car sales. This role is based in Hinckley, Leicestershire, with potential for occasional hybrid working and travel to other sites within the company. The position is full-time, requiring 42.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with a competitive salary of £36,000.
