Must:

- Experience with design patterns (HLD and LLD)
- Familiarity with messaging/queueing solutions like Service Bus
- Expertise in data ingestion methods (NoSQL/Postgres)
- Proficient in API design and development (RESTful)
- Cloud agnostic mindset (preferably AWS/GCP) is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in leading engineering teams is beneficial for leadership aspirations
Responsibilities
- Design and implement software architecture for cloud solutions using Azure
- Develop and maintain compliance solutions for data capturing and archiving
- Collaborate with the product team to broaden the existing product line
- Work on integrating AI tooling into the existing system
- Provide technical leadership and direction for the team
- Engage in API design and management for seamless integrations
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Stay updated on emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team
Description

Located in a fully remote work environment, we offer competitive salaries around £85,000 - £90,000 and a collaborative team atmosphere as we continue to expand our product offerings following our recent funding. Our team of approximately 30 engineers is excited to explore new opportunities within the Azure ecosystem and is eager to support projects that cater primarily to Financial Services and FinTech businesses.
