Responsibilities
- General troubleshooting of user devices, systems support for Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows servers
- Network support for firewalls, VPN etc
- End user support & service delivery
- General maintenance including patching & updates
- Improvement projects - upgrades, migrations, deployments
- Documentation production
- Support & mentoring to 1st line technicians
Description
We are a prestigious independent school in South London, educating over 1100 pupils from ages 4 to 18. We are seeking a passionate and experienced 2nd/3rd Line IT Technician to join our well-established IT department. This is a full-time, permanent role based on-site in South London, with hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00. The salary will be based on experience, with the top end around £40k. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
