Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in a Systems Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments and Active Directory
- Experience with virtualisation, backup solutions and network infrastructure
- Familiarity with firewalls, security best practices and system monitoring
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement long-term solutions
Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain and monitor core IT systems to ensure availability, performance and security
- Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPNs and other network services
- Support and develop server, virtualisation and backup environments
- Act as a third-line escalation point for complex technical issues
- Lead system upgrades, improvements and small-scale IT projects
- Perform routine system checks, updates, patching and vulnerability reviews
- Create and maintain technical documentation
