Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in a 3rd line infrastructure focused role (education sector desirable).
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, Windows Server environments, and virtualization technologies.
- Experience with mobile device management systems and multiple operating systems.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and data protection.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, Jamf) are advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor IT infrastructure, networks (Meraki), servers, workstations, and mobile devices to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Oversee mobile device management (JamfPro/JamfSchool).
- Maintain access control and CCTV systems.
- Support procurement, deployment, lifecycle management, and inventory tracking of IT assets.
- Provide first- and second-line technical support as needed, including cover during staff absence.
Description

As we continue to grow, we have recently opened our first secondary school. We are now looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team full-time across the trusts five schools.
