- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into insight
Responsibilities
- Define and lead a trust-wide data strategy
- Streamline processes by developing and implementing automation
- Oversee data governance, architecture, and quality
- Develop advanced analytics capabilities (descriptive, predictive, and beyond)
- Deliver impactful dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
- Champion data literacy across schools and central teams
- Drive innovation, including emerging technologies such as AI and advanced analytics
Description

As the Head of Data, you will play a crucial role in shaping our data strategy, ensuring that data drives decision-making and innovation. We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 – £55,000, and the opportunity to work in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment.
