Requirements
Must:
- Strong backend engineering experience using Java and Spring Boot
- Proven experience working with event driven architectures and Kafka
- Experience designing and operating systems in AWS environments
- Exposure to services such as RDS, Aurora, or Flink
- Experience with Kubernetes and containerised platforms
- Ability to lead technical initiatives and influence architecture beyond your immediate team
- Comfortable working with high autonomy and ownership
- Curious, product-minded engineers who want to understand the business context behind technical decisions
Responsibilities
- Build and evolve systems that manage the companys money
- Work on safeguarding requirements, capital optimisation, and ensuring liquidity is available at the right time
- Join a highly autonomous team focusing on greenfield initiatives
- Own architecture, platform pipelines, and the full software development lifecycle end to end
- Influence architectural decisions and contribute to cross team projects
- Help shape how the platform evolves while remaining an individual contributor
