Requirements
Must:
- Recently completed (or about to complete) a degree or recognized course in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Comfortable working with databases and pulling prospect lists
- Familiar with Salesforce (or other CRMs) and confident with CRM data
- Experience with Excel (advanced functions) and basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL
- Some experience in scripting/automation (Python or R) and web scraping is a significant advantage
- Interest in data visualization (Power BI, Tableau or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and a pragmatic approach to data quality
- Team player who enjoys collaboration across sales and operations
- Curious, self-motivated, and capable of taking ownership of problems and projects
Responsibilities
- Pull prospects from various databases and sources for targeted campaigns
- Build, optimize, and own workflows to keep campaigns running smoothly
- Automate data collection, cleaning, and reporting processes
- Scrape and enrich data from web sources, ensuring accuracy and relevance
- Support configuration, reporting, and data hygiene in Salesforce
- Produce actionable insights from campaign and performance data
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, and Operations teams
- Innovate by suggesting new tools, processes, or automations
- Integrate AI into ongoing operations to enhance efficiency
- Assist with ad-hoc data tasks as needed
