Requirements

Must:
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end integrations with Workato. - Strong background in API integrations, including custom APIs. - Practical expertise in building and managing iPaaS solutions within a business. - Solid data handling and scripting skills (Python, SQL, etc.). - Ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical colleagues. - Knowledge of ERP processes (FinancialForce or similar). - Bonus: Experience in learning platforms, subscription models, or B2B SaaS. - Bonus: Experience in education technology or e-learning. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred. - Workato certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain automation workflows and integrations in Workato. - Translate business requirements into clear technical solutions, ensuring integrations meet stakeholder needs. - Manage Workato recipes, triggers, and actions while adhering to best practices for documentation, testing, and version control. - Collaborate with multiple teams to identify automation opportunities that reduce workload and improve efficiency. - Support integration projects involving ERP systems (e.g., FinancialForce or similar). - Develop and maintain scripts (e.g., Python, SQL) to extend integration capabilities. - Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously optimize integrations. - Provide training and guidance to business users on Workato features and dashboards. - Stay current with Workato updates and apply new functionality where required.
