Must:
I am looking for a candidate who has an understanding of basic IT support concepts, which can be gained through prior work experience, formal training, or completion of a relevant IT course. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a strong customer service mindset and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. It would be desirable for you to have at least 2 years of experience in customer or technical support within a complex environment, along with previous 1st line support and remote troubleshooting experience. Familiarity with MS SQL Server (T-SQL) skills such as writing and executing SELECT statements, making database alterations, profiling to identify and resolve issues, and manipulating client data using T-SQL is a plus.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will act as the first line of service for our customers, logging and managing tickets received via phone calls, emails, and live chat. You will be responsible for resolving 1st line incidents and queries, ensuring that you respond in a timely, accurate, and professional manner. Additionally, you will serve as a liaison between our clients and internal development teams for escalated product issues, enhancements, and bug fixes. You will log, track, and follow up on incidents through to completion while collaborating with the Account Management Team and other departments to improve processes and client communication. Testing software prior to end-user deployment, as well as creating and maintaining a knowledge base and training materials, will also be part of your responsibilities.
