Requirements
Must:
- Experience working with Caseware Cloud or similar audit software
- Background in audit, audit methodology or audit technology
- Strong understanding of audit processes and methodology
- Pro-active, solutions-focused and comfortable working with stakeholders across the business
- Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
Responsibilities
- Maintain, test and deploy updates to the firms global Caseware templates
- Act as the primary contact for Caseware queries and user support
- Lead a network of internal champions to drive knowledge sharing and best practice
- Develop and enhance sector-specific and specialist templates
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, compliance and automation
- Manage and maintain audit tools and template libraries (including platforms such as Templafy)
- Maintain user guidance, FAQs and knowledge resources
- Work closely with international methodology teams and software providers to enhance functionality
- Support selected IT-related aspects of audit software to streamline internal processes
