Must:

- Basic understanding of networking, hardware, and software.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Responsibilities
- Support the identification and delivery of improvements in how IT applications are used, helping to maximise the value they bring to the business.
- Assist in gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements, applying business analysis techniques to support technology change.
- Help ensure end users are confident and capable by supporting the creation of training materials and clear, practical documentation.
- Provide day-to-day support to end users by handling requests and incidents, following standard operating procedures and best practice.
- Support IT projects by assisting with coordination, documentation and delivery activities alongside the wider IT team.
