IT Infrastructure Manager

- 10 years plus experience leading IT Infrastructure and Support Teams - Degree and/or appropriate professional qualifications in relevant subjects - Familiarity with ITIL, documentation, and change control processes - Skilled in vendor management, budgeting, and procurement - Strong understanding of servers, networks, storage, and security technologies (including Azure, Cisco Networking, Citrix, Hyper-V, Microsoft 365, Nutanix, Sophos) - Strong communication skills with the ability and willingness to support and collaborate across teams - Ability to report performance, risks, and system health to leadership - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Willing to study professional qualifications as required - Self-starter with confidence working both independently and as part of a team - Strong IT literacy and experience using MS Office suite - Works effectively with peers and stakeholders, managing expectations appropriately - Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Demonstrates initiative and a willingness to take on new challenges - Ability to organise, prioritise, and manage time effectively - Ability to work under pressure and meet agreed deadlines - Curious mindset with a commitment to personal and professional development
