Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience owning or managing enterprise platform products (OpenShift/Kubernetes)
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, platform lifecycle management, security, networking, and storage
- Experience with GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD enablement, and platform automation
- Familiarity with enterprise integrations (IAM, certificates, monitoring, logging, ITSM)
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and incident leadership skills
- Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments
- Agile product management and backlog prioritization experience
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the enterprise OpenShift platform roadmap
- Ensure reliability, security, scalability, and alignment with business objectives
- Manage the full OpenShift platform lifecycle, including feature prioritization, upgrades, and patching
- Oversee observability, SLAs/SLOs, and incident leadership
- Coordinate with vendors, particularly Red Hat
- Engage with stakeholders to align product vision and direction
