Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience owning or managing enterprise platform products (OpenShift/Kubernetes).
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, platform lifecycle management, security, networking, and storage.
- Experience with GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD enablement, and platform automation.
- Familiarity with enterprise integrations (IAM, certificates, monitoring, logging, ITSM).
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and incident leadership skills.
- Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
- Agile product management and backlog prioritization experience.
- Candidates will be required to go through background checks before commencing contract.
- Must be eligible to live and work in the specified work location.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the enterprise OpenShift platform roadmap.
- Ensure reliability, security, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.
- Manage the full OpenShift platform lifecycle, including feature prioritization, upgrades, and patching.
- Oversee observability, SLAs/SLOs, and incident leadership.
- Coordinate with vendors, including Red Hat.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure needs and objectives are met.
- Prioritize backlog in alignment with agile product management practices.
