Requirements
Must:
- Proven track record in business change management within large-scale transformation programs.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, especially across global and cross-functional teams.
- Background in data management or data governance projects from a business/process perspective.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills across multiple levels of the organization.
- Experience in process mapping, business engagement, and ownership definition.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in complex change environments.
- Comfortable managing change initiatives remotely, with occasional travel as needed.
- Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
- Candidates will be required to go through background checks before commencing the contract.
- Must be an EU Citizen.
Responsibilities
- Act as the Business Change Manager / BA across a global data transformation initiative.
- Lead stakeholder engagement efforts, particularly with complex or resistant stakeholders in the UK / US.
- Execute existing change management strategies and adapt plans as needed to ensure success and adoption.
- Drive communications, training, and business readiness activities across impacted teams.
- Facilitate remote workshops and occasional onsite sessions to align teams and processes.
- Map current and future-state business processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Define accountability and ownership across functions in alignment with data governance principles.
- Cut through organizational complexity and conflicting priorities to maintain momentum on change adoption.
- Ensure business buy-in and sustained engagement throughout the change lifecycle.
