Must:
As a candidate for the Senior IT Systems Developer position, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading the design, development, and maintenance of ERP (IFS) configurations and integrations, including proficiency in using SnapLogic and other integration platforms.
- Technical leadership skills with the ability to mentor and coach team members, promoting best practices in development.
- Strong understanding of modern programming languages (such as PL/SQL, .NET, JavaScript, Python) and Azure services, including Service Bus and Functions.
- Familiarity with standards and regulations such as ISO27001, PCI DSS, and GDPR, ensuring compliance throughout the development lifecycle.
- Experience in managing version control, documentation, and release processes effectively.
- Excellent collaborative skills to work closely with project teams, architects, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
In your role as a Senior IT Developer with us, you will:
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of ERP (IFS) configurations and integrations, ensuring responsiveness to business needs.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to members of the Development and Test team, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality IT solutions that align with business priorities and project timelines.
- Develop secure, scalable solutions while adhering to coding standards and best practices across the development team.
- Participate in ensuring quality and compliance throughout the development lifecycle, validating solutions in partnership with Test Analysts.
- Drive innovation by researching and evaluating new technologies, fostering the adoption of cutting-edge development practices.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to influence development strategies and maintain cohesion in delivery.
