Requirements
Must:
I am looking for candidates with a strong understanding of the systems engineering lifecycle and tools such as DOORS, SysML, and UML. You should have experience working in a highly regulated or safety-critical environment and possess a relevant engineering qualification (HNC, degree, or equivalent experience). I'm also seeking individuals with a proactive and collaborative mindset, who are committed to maintaining high standards.
Responsibilities
In this position, you will be at the heart of innovative engineering processes. Your responsibilities will include capturing requirements, developing system architectures, coordinating interfaces, and producing verification evidence to ensure technical excellence. You will collaborate with experts from mechanical, electrical, and control disciplines, contributing to the success of diverse and challenging projects. Additionally, you will have opportunities to mentor junior engineers, support technical bids, and help shape the continuous improvement of systems engineering practices across our organization.
