Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the IT Helpdesk Support Officers team
- Deliver excellent customer service to end-users based on ITIL standards
- Serve as a senior escalation point for complex/high-priority incidents
- Monitor support trends and forecast demand proactively
- Drive continuous improvement in the IT support function
- Collaborate with third-party suppliers to enhance service delivery
