Requirements
Must:
- Degree Level or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software, or a related field
- Extensive experience with Integration platforms like Azure Integration Services
- Proven experience with C# / .NET development, Azure Functions, DevOps, and API Management
- Experience in a similar role within a medium to large organization
- Ability to deliver technical solutions focused on business outcomes and customer needs
- In-depth technical knowledge of product and service support to ensure quality
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to build positive working relationships
- Strong experience in the design, implementation, and configuration of integration methods
- Professional qualification in ITIL V3 Intermediate or ITIL 4 Specialist Module is desirable
Responsibilities
- Provide specialist technical expertise in Integration Services across various technology platforms
- Lead projects and tasks related to both physical infrastructure and cloud services
- Respond to requests and incidents in a professional manner, meeting SLA objectives
- Communicate positively with users in a user-centric manner, avoiding technical jargon
- Solve technically complex challenges by applying knowledge and collaborating with support teams
- Work with third-party vendors to deliver cohesive technical solutions
- Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data while adhering to security policies
- Mentor and develop less experienced colleagues in the team
- Identify common issues and implement solutions to address root causes
- Leverage automation and orchestration to improve incident response and request fulfillment
- Design, implement, and configure integration methods
- Manage integration platforms and implement complex messaging patterns
- Develop and deploy Azure Functions for custom microservices and data transformation
- Configure Azure API Management for security and monitoring purposes
- Define CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for component management and deployment
- Apply security best practices and utilize monitoring tools for alerting
