Requirements
Must:
- Experience in creating architectural designs for business solutions including integrations and automation.
- In-depth knowledge of architectural principles, design patterns, and software development methodologies.
- Experience and technical knowledge of Boomi or similar integration systems.
- Experience on Azure or other cloud-based platforms including AI services.
- PowerPlatform / PowerApps / PowerAutomate experience.
- IT Service experience (ideally ITIL exposure).
- Ability to create high-level and low-level technical designs to meet business requirements.
- Understanding of development principles and lifecycles relating to business applications and data management systems.
- Good understanding of business processes and ERP / supporting systems including WMS & APS (Advanced Planning System).
- FMCG/Retail/Manufacturing background (nice to have).
- Experience in AI solution design and deployment (nice to have).
- Intermediate SQL language experience; scripting / development language skills (nice to have).
- Experience or knowledge of Extract Transform Load (ETL) and/or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools (nice to have).
- SOX exposure or experience (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Define, design, and implement innovative technology solutions to achieve specific business objectives.
- Collaborate with a diverse range of colleagues, including business stakeholders, developers, and systems administrators.
- Develop scalable, reliable, and secure solution designs in alignment with Weetabixs strategic goals.
- Design solutions to automate processes for improved efficiency and data-driven decisions.
- Identify risks in designs and propose mitigation strategies.
- Create and maintain architectural documentation, including system diagrams and specifications.
- Stay updated on industry trends, including AI, to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure solutions meet security and regulatory requirements, participating in audits.
- Provide technical guidance to development teams and review designs for compliance with standards.
- Participate in architectural forums within the organization.
- Leverage core systems like PowerPlatform and Boomi in solution designs for scalability.
- Design systems with Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery capabilities, including testing protocols.
