Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience with Salesforce administration and data management
- Knowledge of GDPR, contractual, and statutory compliance
- Ability to produce reliable reports for performance monitoring
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working within the homelessness services sector is a plus
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce-based platform, In-Form
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and consistent usage across the organization
- Collaborate with frontline teams and senior leadership for data system needs
- Support accountability to funders and commissioners through effective reporting
- Facilitate training and support for users within the system
- Implement data governance practices to demonstrate impact and improve outcomes
