Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a Public Sector / Local Government business
- Strong technical experience delivering Business Analysis within transformation, change or digital programmes
- Confidence in working across multiple projects and stakeholder groups
- Proven experience in process mapping, requirements gathering, and systems analysis
- Ability to translate technical information into clear, meaningful insights for business stakeholders
- Collaborative, proactive approach to influencing positive change
- Experience working with structured delivery methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
- Experience working within complex environments is beneficial
Responsibilities
- Lead business and systems analysis activity across change and improvement initiatives
- Map, analyse, and redesign processes to drive efficiency, productivity, and service improvement
- Elicit, define, and translate business and technical requirements
- Analyse complex data and translate findings into clear insights and recommendations
- Support the design, testing, and implementation of digital solutions
- Work closely with ICT teams and third-party suppliers to ensure systems are user-focused and fit for purpose
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions across multiple levels of the organisation
- Contribute to business cases, impact assessments, and implementation planning
- Monitor the effectiveness of new systems and processes and recommend ongoing improvements
