Requirements
Must:
- 3+ years experience in a similar role within a medium to large commercial organisation
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience delivering projects or business improvements end-to-end
- Experience in business process mapping, process improvement, and SOP development
- Experience across the full testing lifecycle (functional, UAT, integration)
- Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels and build strong, credible relationships
- Proactive, self-motivated approach with a focus on delivery and outcomes
- Confidence managing both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to translate ideas into clear, actionable plans
- Comfortable working with data to support decision-making and reporting (e.g. Excel, Power BI, or querying data from systems/databases; SQL knowledge beneficial but not essential)
- Desirable: Experience working with ERP or business systems
- Desirable: Exposure to warehouse, logistics, or eCommerce environments
- Desirable: Experience working with 3rd party suppliers or system providers
Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders across the business to understand challenges, scope requirements, and define solutions
- Analyse current processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation
- Take ownership of initiatives from concept through to delivery, go-live, and post-implementation support
- Support end-to-end project delivery, including planning, coordination, and rollout
- Work closely with internal systems teams and 3rd party providers
- Lead and coordinate testing activities, including functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and integration testing
- Ensure successful implementation through training, communication, and stakeholder engagement
- Conduct post-release checks and reviews to ensure solutions are fully embedded and operational
- Manage and prioritise multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
