Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

In this role, I will be responsible for configuring, administering, and maintaining core IT systems and applications across Microsoft Azure and private data centers, ensuring performance, availability, and security compliance. I will proactively monitor, tune, and optimize system resources, while applying updates, patches, and upgrades as required. I will implement, configure, and maintain Azure Single Sign-On (SSO) services for secure access to third-party SaaS solutions, as well as deploy and manage Azure Application Service Plans for scalable hosting and performance optimization. Furthermore, I will design and manage Azure Gateways for secure access, set up Azure Load Balancers for fault tolerance, and implement hybrid identity and authentication services. I will also be involved in designing, configuring, and maintaining backup and restore processes while contributing to disaster recovery solutions. Providing expert support for Windows Server environments, leading root cause analyses for recurring issues, and collaborating across IT functions to support project rollouts are part of my responsibilities. Ensuring security and compliance while automating routine tasks and maintaining comprehensive documentation will also be key aspects of my role.
