Requirements
Must:
- Strong expertise in Java and JavaScript
- Proficiency in SQL, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with Spring Boot or equivalent Java framework
- Knowledge of REST API development
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
- Experience with database systems like PostgreSQL or MySQL
- Understanding of version control systems (Git)
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Linux server environments
- Desirable experience in building large-scale client portals or SaaS platforms
- Experience designing system architecture and managing engineering teams
- Experience with integrating multiple business systems
- Strong leadership capability and ownership mindset
- Ability to work calmly under operational pressure
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of the companys client portal using Java
- Build secure, scalable backend systems and APIs
- Develop and maintain front-end interfaces for customers and internal teams
- Write high-quality, production-grade code
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues
- Ensure systems are robust, maintainable, and scalable
- Act as the senior technical authority within the organization
- Define and implement the long-term technology architecture
- Recruit, build, and manage the technology team including DevOps engineers and QA specialists
- Establish development standards, workflows, and best practices
- Oversee system reliability, security, and scalability
- Identify and implement opportunities to automate manual workflows
- Improve operational efficiency through software solutions
- Design and manage system infrastructure and implement monitoring
- Plan for scalability as the business grows
