Responsibilities
- Build strong, reliable IT foundations to support innovation and transformation
- Foster supportive partnerships with frontline teams across all plants and sites
- Ensure systems are safe, secure, and compliant while supporting business delivery
- Create a visible and effective Service Desk function with clear onboarding and user support
- Implement user-friendly service desk tools and align processes with ITIL principles
- Introduce structured project management capabilities within the IT team
- Actively support major business change programs (e.g., ERP, Microsoft 365)
- Maintain stable, secure, and scalable IT foundations, including cloud-based telephony solutions
- Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure practical technology changes
Description
We are looking for an IT Manager to join our hybrid team based in Andover, offering a competitive salary of £75,000 per annum plus a company car. Our role emphasizes building strong IT foundations that facilitate innovation and transformation across the organization. You will work closely with the Head of Technology Innovation, translating strategic ambitions into executable change while supporting and developing our IT team.
