Requirements
Must:
- Demonstrated experience in running support teams
- Previous experience in a SaaS vendor role
- Proficiency with ServiceNow or similar platforms
- Experience in managing change programs
- Ability to deliver business as usual (BAU) services
- Strong analytical skills to track metrics and evaluate service effectiveness
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities

Description
We are a well-established SaaS vendor looking for a Head of Support to join our team in a remote capacity within the UK. You will have the opportunity to significantly impact the way we provide support by reshaping our customer-facing application support teams. We offer a competitive salary ranging from £90-110K and the role requires occasional presence in our Midlands office.
