SharePoint Developer

We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates strong expertise in Microsoft SharePoint development and administration, specifically with SharePoint Online. It is essential to have proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite, including Teams, OneDrive, and related collaboration tools. You should possess experience with the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and a solid understanding of Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based architecture. The ideal applicant will have the ability to analyze, architect, design, and build secure and scalable solutions. Experience in requirements gathering and translating business needs into technical specifications is crucial. We seek someone skilled in custom development using technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and C#. Knowledge of SPFx (SharePoint Framework) for creating custom web parts and extensions, as well as understanding REST APIs, Graph API, and integration techniques, is necessary. Familiarity with source control systems (e.g., Git) and DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps) is essential. Additionally, strong knowledge of system administration tasks, including access control and service configuration, is required. You should have the ability to design for security, performance, and compliance, along with strong troubleshooting and debugging skills within Microsoft environments. Finally, experience in mentoring and knowledge sharing within technical teams is expected.
