Requirements

Must:
- SAFe RTE qualification - 3+ years of experience as a RTE working in a software delivery environment - Experience in Scrum and scaled agile frameworks - Proven experience in people management - IT related undergraduate degree

- Facilitate PI Planning events, ensuring teams and stakeholders are prepared and aligned on objectives - Monitor progress against PI objectives and support the resolution of PDS level impediments - Lead and mentor Scrum Masters while coaching leadership and teams - Analyse and improve the flow of value across the PDS by removing bottlenecks and streamlining processes - Drive a culture of ongoing learning and improvement by facilitating I&As and encouraging experimentation - Contribute to the agile transformation roadmap and cascade changes and best practices to the PDS
