Requirements
Must:
- Expert AI/ML skills
- Strong in both traditional ML and modern LLM/RAG/agentic workflows
- Production deployment and MLOps experience
- Comfortable shipping scalable AI systems using APIs, microservices, and Docker/Kubernetes
- Familiar with cloud environments, ideally Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements
- Demonstrable experience creating detailed project requirements
- Strong foundation in traditional machine learning (classification, regression)
- Hands-on experience with LLM-based applications
- Experience building RAG systems and agentic workflows that leverage external tools
- Familiarity with agentic SDKs (ADK, LangChain, LlamaIndex)
- Proven track record of deploying AI applications into production environments
- Strong understanding of API development, microservices, and containerization
- Knowledge of MLOps best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Stay current with advancements in LLM frameworks and cloud-native AI deployment
- Work with the business to gather requirements for new AI applications
- Design and implement AI applications
- Deploy AI applications into production environments on Google Cloud Platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI applications with enterprise systems
- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency
