Requirements
Must:
- I need a candidate who has experience in operational environments, ideally within Financial Services.
- You should possess business change management experience, particularly within an operational setting.
- The ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively is essential.
- You must have a strong understanding of data analysis and statistics.
- Experience dealing with product and process changes and embedding them into operational areas is required.
- I expect you to manage operational processes involving multiple stakeholders across various business areas and systems.
- Proficiency in process mapping of operational processes is necessary.
- You should demonstrate proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio, is crucial.
Responsibilities
- In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing small, medium, and large-scale projects within your functional area, overseeing changes from inception to completion.
- You will act as a liaison between operational areas and subject matter experts across various teams, ensuring effective communication and project visibility.
- Your key actions will include initiating and driving business area lead projects that impact customer service delivery, capturing business requirements, conducting data analysis, and managing business acceptance testing.
- You will also create and manage local project plans, track actions, report on status, and lead meetings to ensure transparency on progress and risks.
- Engaging with operational leadership teams and key stakeholders to support change activities and system improvements will be a vital part of your role.
- You will consider process enhancements, including the use of robotics and AI, and ensure all project-related documents are completed and stored for compliance/audit review.
- Applying lean six sigma/DMAIC approaches to drive efficiency and continuous improvement is expected.
- You will provide guidance on the ongoing improvement of reports and dashboards to support business areas and project rollouts.
- In addition, you will support internal and external audits, lead knowledge management efforts, and communicate regularly with management and stakeholders to provide strategic updates.
