Requirements
Must:
- I am seeking someone with experience as a trainer, sales operations specialist, or a similar role, ideally with knowledge of Salesforce.
- A strong understanding of sales processes is essential.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are needed, particularly the ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly terms.
- Proficiency in creating engaging training materials and using digital collaboration tools is required.
- Strong organizational skills, a proactive and problem-solving attitude, and the ability to analyze data for insights are necessary.
- Experience with AI and confidence in working independently are important attributes.
- The ideal candidate should have a Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience, financial services sales experience, and relevant experience in Information Technology.
Responsibilities
- I will lead the adoption of sales technology and tools, particularly focusing on Salesforce within the IFA distribution channel.
- I will translate user needs and problem statements into requirements for developers and collaborate with the Product Owner to schedule tasks into the delivery roadmap.
- Acting as a bridge between end-users and technical teams, I will ensure effective communication and that solutions meet business needs.
- My proactive nature will drive me to identify user challenges and provide necessary solutions or additional training.
- I will create engaging materials, including documentation, tutorials, videos, and webinars to enhance user understanding and adoption.
- Collaborating with sales teams, I will identify opportunities to streamline the sales process.
- I will leverage AI capabilities to enhance operational efficiencies and user experience.
- Working with sales management, I will identify enhancements or changes to business processes and translate these into workable solutions.
- Promoting data accuracy and hygiene through targeted training and ongoing monitoring will be one of my goals.
- I will equip users with the skills to generate and interpret meaningful reports and dashboards.
- Conducting onboarding sessions and ongoing training for existing staff will help reinforce best practices.
