Requirements
Must:
- SAFe RTE qualification
- 3 years of experience as a RTE working in a software delivery environment
- Experience in Scrum and scaled agile frameworks
- Proven experience in people management
- IT related undergraduate degree
Responsibilities
- Facilitate PI Planning by organizing and leading events, ensuring team preparedness and alignment on objectives
- Support PI execution by monitoring progress against objectives, resolving impediments, and facilitating scaled agile events
- Coach the PDS by leading and mentoring Scrum Masters and fostering collaboration across the PDS
- Optimise PDS flow by analyzing and improving value delivery, removing bottlenecks, and streamlining processes
- Drive a culture of ongoing learning and improvement by facilitating retrospectives and encouraging experimentation
- Contribute to the agile transformation roadmap by cascading changes and providing feedback loops for implementation
