Requirements
Must:
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g. Dynamics 365, Power Platform)
- Proven experience administering and developing Dynamics 365 environments
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules (sales and service), workflows, Power Automate, and integrations
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Occasional travel to other sites as required
- Desirable: Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field
- Experience in large-scale digital transformation programmes
- Knowledge of Azure Services, Dataverse APIs, or DevOps pipelines
- Experience leading small teams or vendors
- Full UK driving licence
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day administration, enhancement, and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
- Manage internal and external resources to ensure platform stability and efficiency
- Oversee deployment of updates, patches, and integrations
- Ensure compliance with governance, security, and data quality standards
- Act as the technical owner for Dynamics 365, ensuring best practices are adhered to
- Review, prioritise, and implement change requests in collaboration with business stakeholders
- Develop and maintain customisations, workflows, automations, dashboards, and integrations
- Partner with internal teams and third-party providers to resolve issues and deliver enhancements
- Maintain system governance and data accuracy
- Provide second- and third-line support to users, resolving complex issues
- Train users, create documentation, and support the adoption of new features
