Requirements
Must:
- We require 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors degree, or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree, or 0 years of work experience with a PhD, or 8+ years of relevant work experience.
- We prefer 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors degree, or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced degree, or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD.
- We require 2+ years of professional experience in front-end development building scalable and performant web applications.
- We require proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with hands-on experience in modern frameworks such as React, Next, Angular, or Vue.js.
- We require a strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
- We require experience with Webpack, Module Federation, and other modern JavaScript build tools and bundlers.
- We require familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integrating front-end applications with backend services.
- We require knowledge of cross-browser compatibility, accessibility standards (WCAG), and web performance optimization.
- We require experience with version control systems such as Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- We value exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative development environments.

Responsibilities
- We design code and systems that impact a large global user base while influencing our internal standards for scalability, security, and reusability.
- We collaborate cross-functionally to create design artifacts and develop best-in-class software solutions for multiple technical offerings.
- We actively contribute to product quality improvements, service technology enhancements, and new business flows within agile squads.
- We develop robust and scalable products for end-user merchants, B2B, and business-to-government solutions.
- We leverage innovative technologies to build the next generation of payment services, transaction platforms, real-time payments, and buy now pay later technology.
- We help pilot new technology capabilities and features that enhance the user experience across e-commerce products.
- We analyze bugs, troubleshoot simple issues, and use debugging tools to verify assumptions.
- We use programming languages and standard development processes to write code that fulfills website modification requests and technical requirements.
- We support requirements analysis and contribute to solution strategies that improve interface design and functionality.
- We participate in mentorship and continued learning opportunities to grow our skills and impact.
- We work in a hybrid environment and are expected to be in the office at least 3 days per week, as confirmed by our hiring manager.
